Six games of our own, played for coins that cost nothing

Guild Beacon has 6 reel games that we built and drew for this site: a griffin's keep, a camel caravan, a bramble hedge, a midsummer fair, a harbour lighthouse and an orchard. They run here in your browser, with no download and no account.

You play with virtual coins. You get 20,000 when you arrive and 5,000 more each day. They cannot be bought, and they cannot be exchanged for money or anything else.

Pick by how it plays

What makes each game different

All six games are played the same way: choose a spin cost, press Spin, and the coins from any win are added to your balance. What changes is how a win is made and what happens after it.

The return in our 1,000,000-spin tests ran from 94.2% (Tidewatch) to 96.1% (Bramble Hollow). The bigger difference is in the swings: Old Orchard's best round was 36 times the spin cost, Tidewatch's was 788 times.

  • 5,000coins once a day
  • 5,000coins when you drop below 1,000, once an hour
  • 2,000coins for each new level

Questions

Coins, age and breaks in short

All 10 questions →

Is Guild Beacon free?

Yes. There is nothing to buy anywhere on Guild Beacon: no coin packs, no subscriptions and no adverts. You start with 20,000 virtual coins and can collect more every day.

Can I win money or prizes?

No. Coins on Guild Beacon are virtual. They cannot be bought, sold, sent to another player or exchanged for money, vouchers or goods, and they exist only in the browser you play in.

Why is the site for adults only?

The games work with spinning reels and coin rewards, like games played for money, so we keep the site to people aged 18 and over and ask once when you arrive. No money goes in and none comes out.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no password and no email address to give. Your balance, level and settings are kept in your browser's local storage on this device.

What happens if I run out of coins?

When your balance falls below 1,000 coins you can take a free top-up of 5,000 coins, once every 60 minutes. There is also a daily gift of 5,000 coins.
